Another week down and another great week of Friday Night Lights. Once we finally figured out what Dave Castro was trying to explain we were able to start the workout. Chest to bars and snatches that got progressively heavier proved to be a tough combo for a lot of people. The 8 minute time cap claimed a lot of people but some managed to get into the 12 minute cap. Big shout out to Keith Williams and Jiri Dlab for being the only two in the gym to finish the workout!
We are over the hump after week three. With only two more to go and the points being so close make sure you are getting in the gym and doing the workout on time! Also, we having our bowling day, April 1st at the end of the Open so start polishing your balls and practicing! It’s a ton of fun so please try to make it.
