We have a new 6 week cycle of the Reform Barbell Club starting soon!

 

The Reform Barbell Club is set up for success for all participants. We have dialed in the programming, instruction, class size, and structure for true improvement in strength, technique, and efficiency. Our revamped Barbell Club is designed to get the best results, and attendees have had nothing but positives come out of it.

Brandon Barbell Club

Participants will meet twice a week for 6 weeks, with their programming supplemental to the gym’s programming. We would still recommend attending 2-3 classes per week in the gym, for optimal overall results. After the 6 week program, we will likely take a break for 4-6 weeks, and start another Barbell Club program, shifting focuses slightly.

 

Coach Brandon Hughes will be running the Reform Barbell Club. Brandon is very experienced in performing and coaching the Power and Olympic lifts. He has been doing CrossFit and coaching for over 5 years. He has found a real love for lifting and coaching athletes of all levels through the barbell movements, relishing in their success as much as his own.

Brandon Barbell Club 2

We are looking for small groups that are ready to focus and commit themselves to improving their barbell movements, especially the Olympic lifts. Each 6 week program will be capped at 5 people, and will cost $100 for members, or $150 for non-members. This Barbell Club cycle will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, last an hour, and will have 4 times to choose from: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, & 7pm.  The Barbell Club will begin on April 4th and end on May 11th.
