What is Stick Mobility?
Stick Mobility is a training system designed to help you move better by improving your joint range of motion, tissue quality, strength, and coordination. The Mobility Stick is essentially a full body lever that allows you to have a strong foundation for movement.
Our goal is to help you increase your ability to move by improving muscle activation, increasing range of motion, developing a platform to maximize strength and performance while reducing your risk of injury.
