Improve Mobility & Reduce Soreness

Reform Recovery is a class unique to CrossFit Reform, and is focused on specific recovery for the everyday athlete. It is focused on improving mobility and reducing soreness, in order to give full efforts on training days.

Reform Recovery is a hybrid class utilizing basic elements of Yoga, general mobility and muscular stabilization. It is led by CrossFitters who are also Yoga instructors, so you get the best of both worlds.

Class is at 9am on Sundays and lasts an hour. You can bring a yoga mat and shoes are optional.
