    Junior Varsity:

  • Ages 10-13
  • M/W/F at 4pm


  • Ages 14-17
  • M/W/F at 5pm


10 Physical Skills:

  • Strength – How much can you lift?
  • Speed – How fast are you?
  • Balance – Can you stand on one foot?
  • Flexibility – Can you touch your toes?
  • Coordination – Can you skip backwards?
  • Power – Can you do a lot of work in a little amount of time?
  • Agility – How quickly can you change direction?
  • Cardiovascular Endurance – Can you get enough oxygen to your body?
  • Stamina – How long can you keep playing?
  • Accuracy – Can you shoot a basketball into a hoop?
