- Balance – Can you stand on one foot?
- Flexibility – Can you touch your toes?
- Coordination – Can you skip backwards?
- Power – Can you do a lot of work in a little amount of time?
- Agility – How quickly can you change direction?
- Cardiovascular Endurance – Can you get enough oxygen to your body?
- Stamina – How long can you keep playing?
- Accuracy – Can you shoot a basketball into a hoop?
