We have officially added an Open Gym to our current schedule. Open Gym will be held on Sundays from 10-11:30am, after our Recovery class. This will give you free time to work on whatever you would like. You can make up a WOD you missed, re-test a benchmark, get some lifting or skill work in, or just mobilize. As time and demand permits we may add more Open Gym times to our schedule.
As always we are here to help you improve and expand your limits. If you are interested in developing specific areas we offer supplemental programming and Personal Training packages. Contact us if you may be interested in more individualized instruction.
