Our On-Ramp Program is designed to progress new members through the fundamentals of CrossFit: learning quality of movement, mobility techniques, active recovery, relative intensity, and nutritional guidance.

You will be matched up with one of our trainers for 3 1-on-1 sessions to take you through the foundations of CrossFit.

The cost to attend will last for 2 weeks from your 1st session, allowing you to attend group classes for the remainder of the 2 weeks. After the initial 2 weeks, it will prorate into your regular monthly membership.

After completing our On-Ramp Program we are confident you will have the proficiency needed to attend our group classes safely and successfully!
