Lift Up Autism

Today 1 in 68 children are on the autism spectrum disorder.
According to Autism Speaks, “Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are characterized by social-interaction difficulties, communication challenges and a tendency to engage in repetitive behaviors.
However, symptoms and their severity vary widely across these three core areas. Taken together, they may result in relatively mild challenges for someone on the high functioning end of the autism spectrum. For others, symptoms may be more severe, as when repetitive behaviors and lack of spoken language interfere with everyday life.”
Lift Up Autism is a “competition for a cause” dedicated to support early diagnosis and treatment of Autism, raise funds for three incredible charities, and most importantly, turn a global spotlight on the measure and severe impact of Autism on families and individuals around the world.
We will be participating in the event, as we have in years past. On Saturday, September 10th at 9:30am, we will be performing “Lift Up Luke” in support of Lift Up Autism. Click the links below if you would like to donate, or would like more information.
