Our On-Ramp Program is designed to progress through the fundamentals of CrossFit: learning quality of movements, mobility techniques, and adjusting the body to our training. In our No-Sweat Intro we will help recommend if the On-Ramp will be the best option for you, and how many sessions will be ideal. On-Ramp sessions are 60 minutes and 1-on-1 with a trainer.

Our CrossFit classes are what make up a majority of our schedule, and for good reason. CrossFit is about developing GPP (General Physical Preparedness), to keep you ready for any of life’s tasks.The constant variance of movements combined with the right amount of intensity will breed amazing results.

A high intensity, conditioning class, unique to CrossFit Reform. Reboot utilizes HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with multiple variations of cardio, bodyweight, and basic weightlifting. There are no barbells or olympic lifts.

Reform Recovery is a class unique to CrossFit Reform, and is focused on specific recovery for the everyday member. It is focused on improving mobility and reducing soreness, in order to give full efforts on training days.

Reform Kids

Reform Kids was developed to help kids grow up healthy and strong, while enjoying fitness. We have classes for ages 10-13 (Junior Varsity) and ages 14-17 (Varsity).
