We all have goals, and/or something we are hoping to achieve, especially in health and fitness. It could be to lose weight, participate in an adventure race, or live a longer and fuller life. In our No-Sweat Intro, we discuss your current goals, and help outline a specific path to helping you achieve those.
As time goes on our goals often change, whether it be from achieving your prior goals, because of shifting focuses, or both. Regardless of why they have changed, it’s important to reevaluate what they are, and the best plan to achieving them.
At CrossFit Reform, we do this via Goal Reviews – a complimentary service for our members.
Goal Reviews typically take 20-30 minutes, and are 1-on-1 with a coach. We will discuss prior goals, recent accomplishments, update your goals, and recommend the best course of action moving forward.
We recommend members schedule a Goal Review every 3 months, to help stay focused in the right areas.
