The Open has now officially come to an end. It was 5 weeks of fun and challenging WODs that really helped us all push out of our comfort zones. It was quite a feat for many in the gym to even commit to signing up, and we would like to congratulate each and every one of you that did. We had 76 members in the gym officially sign up for the Open, about 20 more than last year. Every week we had multiple PR’s from first Muscle-ups, weightlifting numbers, WOD improvements, and many more. Here are top placements for some Reformers:

As challenging as this whole process may have been, regardless if you are happy or not with where you finished, you have gone through a true evaluation of your current strengths and weaknesses. Now the most important thing is to assess your performances, see where you could have improved, and make the necessary steps forward. For all of you who accomplished your goals or may have performed past your perceived limits, we would like to say congratulations, and keep moving forward. Continue expanding your limits!

1. Vehicle Decal – Any team member that has the CrossFit Reform decal on their road legal car or motorcycle will get a bonus point for their team. You can earn multiple points for multiple vehicles. Decals are up at the front desk and must be put on before the Bowling event. Coaches can help with decals if needed.

2. Bowling Event – The Bowling event is on Saturday 4/9 at 12:30pm at Saddleback Lanes in Mission Viejo. If you haven’t RSVP’d and paid cash to one of the coaches, please do so ASAP. Each team will select 3 of their best bowlers and their scores will be added together for one game. The team with the highest total will earn their team 5 bonus points. There will be no spirit or attendance points. The bowling event is mainly a fun social outing with the best community ever! Enjoy it.
